Delete your Adwety account

You can delete your account and all your data at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app

1. Open Adwety and sign in.
2. Tap the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the page.
4. Read what will be deleted, and type DELETE to confirm.
5. Tap Delete account permanently.

The deletion happens immediately.

Without the app

Email privacy@adwety.com from the address your account is registered with, with the subject "Account deletion request". We check that the request comes from you, delete the account within 30 days, and send you a confirmation.

If you signed in with Apple and chose "Hide My Email", your account uses a private relay address, not your usual email. Find it on your iPhone in Settings → Apple Account → Sign in with Apple → Adwety. Include that address in your email, or delete the account in the app.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Every profile you own, with its medicines, reminders, dose history and vaccination records.
• The photos and voice notes of those profiles.
• Your alert settings, your devices' notification tokens, and the support messages you sent.
• If you own a family: the family is dissolved. Members keep their own profiles and lose access to yours.

What is not deleted

• Profiles owned by other people, even if they shared them with you.
• Your App Store or Google Play subscription: deleting the account does not cancel it. Cancel it in your phone's subscription settings.

An account and its data cannot be restored after deletion.
